How Long Will It Take To Get My First Job?
CR Kids Talent can't guarantee a job but we can guarantee that you will
get an audition. The length of time it takes to get your first audition
depends on how quickly you complete your paperwork and then the types
of projects scheduling auditions.
How Much Money Will I Make?
SAG session fees for commercials is $500.00 and you get paid the day you
shoot the commercial. Television and film rates vary depending on the
project. Print work can vary with day rates ranging from $65 - $150 and
usage fees are involved.
How Much Commission is Due CR Kids Talent If I Book
A Job?
Industry standard is 15% of the gross and is paid to CR Kids Talent.
You will need to fill out a talent check authorization form.
How Will I know if I Have An Audition?
When there is an audition, CR Kids Talent will call you with all the
important information about where and when the audition is held. It
is very important that we have current contact information. We must
have your current phone numbers including home and cell numbers. Make
sure CR Kids Talent has an updated “General Information Form” on file.
If our information is outdated then you may miss the audition of your
life.
Who Do I Report To At An Audition?
When an audition is scheduled, CR Kids Talent will talk you through
each important step. When you are given the audition information, record
it in a notebook so that you can refer to the location information quickly
because it is possible that you may be going to that same location again.
Invest in a Thomas Guide so you find the audition location easily. When
you arrive, there is usually a large sign directing you to the area
you need to go to and a sign-in sheet that has the agent's name. Please
fill out any information requested.
What Do I Do If I Can't Make An Audition?
Please make every effort to get to your audition but if for some
reason you cannot make it, you must call CR Kids Talent immediately.
Do not leave a voice mail; leave a message only with a “live” person.
Letting CR Kids know when you are available for auditions will help
to eliminate this problem.
When Are Callbacks and When Is A Job Shooting?
At the audition there may be a sign that says “Callbacks.” This
is where you will find the information you need about the shoot dates.
If there is no sign, ask the person running the audition session or
you can call CR Kids Talent at 818-206-3490.
How Many Clients Does CR Kids Have?
CR Kids Talent prides itself in the large pool of talented children.
At any given time, the total client count is 160 clients. So you
can see that we have vast experience yet we have time for individual
client attention.
How Many Children Does CR Kids Have In My Age
Group?
CR Kids has a variety of children in varying age groups. You can
view some of our clients by clicking on Current Clients. CR Kids
Talent has experience with all age groups up to 18 years old but
we specialize in children age 4 and under.
Do I Need Pictures?
Yes. Yes, you need pictures. This is the one area that causes some of
the biggest problems so pay attention. Get your pictures taken as soon
as possible. Once you have the pictures, send a set to CR Kids Talent
and carry the pictures with you at all times. A good place to keep them
is in your car because if you are offered an audition you'll need to take
your car to get to the audition so you will have them with you. One of
the first things asked of you at the audition will be to see your pictures.

How Often Do I Need New Pictures?

How Much Does It Cost To Get Head Shots From A Professional Photographer?
It costs $160.00 for a set of Head Shots. This is pretty standard in the
industry. If you don't know a professional photographer familiar with
this type of shot, CR Kids Talent can refer you

It costs approximately $75.00 for 300 photographs.
